I'm Jessica Dordevic. Product Designer in Malta, 5+ years across agencies and in-house product teams. I design with data — research up front, A/B testing to validate decisions, and post-launch behavioural analysis to learn what to iterate next. I build design systems people actually use, prototype with AI when it speeds me up (and quietly ignore it when it doesn't), and I'm fluent enough in HTML and CSS (and comfortable reading JavaScript) to push pixels myself when it saves a Jira round-trip.

Right now I'm at GDC Group (Gambling.com). I built one Figma design system from scratch. The other I inherited, untangled, and have kept growing without breaking everyone's components. I partner with commercial on A/B tests, post-launch analysis, and gamified features built to lift conversion — every decision validated with data before and after ship. The rest of the work lands across product and editorial teams.

I design for outcomes, not outputs. That means working across the whole thing — competitive research, user insight, prototypes, dev-ready handoff. AI gives me sharper decisions and deeper understanding of the problem, and staying close to engineering keeps my work from quietly dying between Figma and production. The job doesn't end at launch. I track features post-ship with performance data and behaviour analysis — learning what's working, what isn't, and where the next iteration should go.
